At, We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.

Customers can contact us via email As long as the customer provides product pictures or videos confirming that the situation is true, we can directly send a new product to the customer and the customer does not need to return the product to us.

Returns for other reasons:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
